We have pushed an updated build of Entropy : Zero 2 to a new release branch for testing. (Release-2.0)

The 2.0 release carries a higher risk of breaking saves. While this release is not published to the default branch yet, please be advised that we may push other save-breaking changes in subsequent updates on the upcoming branch so that any potentially broken saves are confined to the next public release.

The 2.0 release updates Mapbase from 7.3 to 8.0. This version of Mapbase adds many features that will be helpful for Entropy : Zero 2 modders as well as some features for the base game. For regular players, the most notable feature is the ability to see yourself in mirrors or certain spotlight shadows, as well as the optional ability to see your body in first person.

The Mapbase 8 upgrade comes with a lot of under the hood changes to Vscript alongside other features. To properly ensure the stability of the game, we will need to thoroughly retest all of the maps.

If you find a bug while playing on the upcoming or release-2.0 beta branches, please let us know! There are three main ways to report a bug.
