How could i find people to help making a sourcemod

I want to make my first sourcemod, i can make maps that look decent i guess but thats all, i have no idea what to do on visual studio and almost no modelling experience

Sorry, I don't mean to be rude, but why do you want to do something if you don't know how?
If you know how to make maps, make maps for existing games.
What you're asking for isn't "help", but someone who can make a mod based on your maps and your ideas.
It's like saying, "Who can help me build a car? I know how to paint it."

Easiest way is to find people who have a similar interest in making a similar mod as you. You do need to be able to show people examples of your work and outline what it is you are trying to ultimately achieve from making a mod.

Places I would try:
