what's the most unbalanced class and how will you balance it?
for example lets say level 3 seni are unbalanced a way to make it balanced would be nerfing the turn speed (not my actual opinion)

lower base sniper reserve ammo to like 15 or whatever the huntsman is at and adjust other rifles accordingly

set the classic to 50 and if you hit attack3 it becomes a slightly stronger smg
Unbalaced mechanically would be Sniper. At the absolute minimum he needs charge decay, a flinch reset nerf, and nerfing the braindead secondary unlocks like Jarate, Razorback, and DDS. You could also argue a max ammo reduction, but dispensers and ammopacks would reduce the impact of the nerf.

It doesn't fix all of the issues with him, but it makes him much more tolerable to deal with and seasoned players shouldn’t be impacted too harshly.
Remove all of the classes. They are inherently unbalanced because they are not the same thing. So people will always complain just to see the class they hate nerfed to the ground. I propose that the only class should be spectator and combat will take place through console commands
