tf2 will NOT load for me

ive changed my launch code to -dx11 and -dx12, both didnt work. ive deleted it and reinstaled it, ive restarted my laptop 3 times, ive deleted other games. its only tf2 thats doing this to me. it'll say its running for a bit (it isnt running actually) and then shuts off. i also know it isnt an antivirus preventing me from playing (i only have windows threat protection). is anyone else having this issue or is it just me? how do i fix it?

ive played it before, why wont it work now? i havent gotten a new laptop or anything

The -dx11 and -dx12 launch options don't do anything at all.
