He needs the teams demos. To record demos, type record (class name) in console Only record gameplay Of Your Specific Class. To stop simply type stop in console.
You can find your demo in the following directory.
Computer -> Program Files -> Steam -> Steamapps -> (username) -> Team Fortress 2 -> tf. Your demo should be called example.dem
if u want to see what u have recorded open tf2 then in console press playdemo (class name )
