Hey, so I'm s4, trying to get into Gold Nova. All my friends play cs, and a couple are gn 1 and 2. I don't have much of a problem keeping up with them, however I'm unable to rank up.

s2 trying to improve and get out of silver! i can learn, listen to instructions and advice etc. willing to do whatever i can to get better. If a team needs someone or if anyone just wants to queue up just add and msg me! :) thanks alot.

So i started csgo over a month ago and am improving myself with workshop and been watching alot of comps and streams to get info and see game mechanics so with that and what things people have taken time to show me. I am s2 atm and hate solo queing ( can you blame me? ) I would like to get much better at this game. I am willing to listen, learn, take criticism and try my best. I am open to being on a team if others want to rank up with me, i have found its much better playing with others even if all of yall arnt the best at least if half decent its better than what you usually get from MM. I qq'd cs for a month, came back today with my friend.
Ended up 3 wins and 3 losses and I got my nova 1 rank back.
I love this group, all the stuff I learnt here I still didn't forget.

I got silver one. I have played about 60 matches after my placements 50 were wins. In my last 8 matches my kdr has been about 3-4 with s1 and when i play agasint s2 my kd was 20-20 and 21-20 all with around 6 mvp and 40+points. Does anyone know why I am not ranking up, or how i should go about ranking up?

Still Silver Elite Master, but tied and carried against 1 nova 3, 1 nova 2 and others. They were my friends in steam so I guessed they used TS, and even with that, our team had better communication haha.

1. Lower sensitivity to a reasonable spot
2. Learn to burst
3. Learn to adad
4. Forget that you were ever stuck in silvers

It's awesome, I solo queued three games tonight since I can't sleep. I carried all three, topfragging and leading in points. Feels good to not suck as much anymore.
