Early Server Opening!

Since Hipster has been pushing me to get it out as fast as possible, I got the server together today, however it is not finished because like I just mentioned Hipster forced me to get it up on saturday.

Things I still need to do:

- Put in some prop protection so people wont be able to move your shit when they get PET flags.
- Edit some of the hints at the top right cause who ever wrote them needs to go back to primary school and learn english all over again.
- Possibly add more addons(We will see what we need once we play a bit)
- Fix the breach addon, I forgot to add a script that replaces the door after some time, so using it breaks the door till restart. I WILL PERMA BAN ANYONE WHO USES IT TO "SEE WHAT IT DOES" OR ANY OTHER STUPID REASON. Legit breach is fine, not legit breach is perma ban.
- Add some custom models hipster wanted for the MPF.
- Add more commands for staff.
- Go over command permissions cause the default ones are ass, I dont like how operators are basically god.
- Change the loading screen. It will be set to this page until I do so.
- Add stalker faction.
- Make sure the scanner is working as intended.

Thats it. Go play and complain about all the things I have missed and are broken.

CSRP is reopening!

The server will reopen on the 8th of March(Closed testing stage) and 14th of March for the public.

We will open as a HL2RP server but we are planning on turning it into MilitaryRP as soon, and if, I finish the game mode.

Server closing on 9th October 2012 sad face

The server will close on the 9th of October 2012. The reason for this is that I am no longer interested in running a gmod server, or even playing the game itself. I could pass the server onto the co owners but Fulcrum apparently doesn't have time for anything, and I doubt Ted would want to run it on his own.

It was a great 6 month run, and it is really amazing how well this server has done. I still remember the first day, where literally NOTHING worked, but we still managed to get 21 players out of the 24 slots we had back then. I am not really good with this whole "speech" stuff so I will just explain what will happen once the server closes.

Me, Ted, Ron and few other staff members have discussed the possibility of opening another server in the future. I don't know when, and if at all this server will start so don't ask. If it does open we will let you know about it through this steam group NOT the forum, as I am planning on closing it right after the server shuts down. But from what I heard so far, their new server will focus on making things more complex to keep minges away :P Any current ranks will not be kept on the new server.

Also please do not contact me, or co owners about any ideas for keeping the server open, we discussed all those before, and we couldn't come up with anything that would work, and even if we did, I have already cancelled my contract with our host.

Even though we are closing I still expect people to RP properly and I want all admins active, so don't think that you can minge simply cause server is closing.

Server has been updated and fixed, you all should be able to play now. If there any issues, it isnt us, its Gmod.

If anyone finds any bugs, or crashes please post a comment here.

Staff update!

I know that recently the server has been a bit...dead. This resulted in the staff members not being active on forums and server. I didnt demote people for lack of activity cause I cant really expect you to spend 1 to 2hours a day on empty server BUT now that more people know about the Vgui_allowhtml 0 command the server seems alive. Clearly less populated but alive.

I now need ALL of you to be active on the server and the forum, not doing so will result in your demote, no questions asked, no excuses. Simple be active or GTFO.

Also make sure you spread the news about the VGUI command, the more people know about it, the better for us!

Server down

Server is down once again. It is caused by TCadmin so expect it to be down for the rest of the day, I will contact host later today to see whats up with it.

I got the server back online, but do not spend too much money, it might crash or lag out again and we will not refund.

We will also not refund the money you lost in the last crash, there is simply no way to tell who actually had what they say they had...

Server will shut down for some time. For some reason it constantly crashes, buffer overflows and lags.

When I sort it out I will make another annoucement letting you know that you can join.
