Im new to the group been playing for just about 1 year!! , need to improve, invite me to the training !

who is administrator and Group player of the week. and who is 3k trash, and cancer carry, and blame others when there is impossible to win. and who might be blind cuz he said he is highest mmr ( which about 3k) when i was 4k5 in that game.
who really just could talk trash, fXck words something like bXtch but no else.

I dont know what could a 3k trash can teach me?
