PAC3 can be used by everyone, but there are rules on how you may use PAC.

is Pac3 open to be used by anyone?

im currently facing an issue where im missing textures such as the storage chest, smelter and gold chest. Im able to see it in the tab menu but wheni spawn them, its invisable for me. I have talked with other players and some of them are also facing the same issue where they were able to see the model but now its invisable.
