Yes, the unoffical elder scrolls wiki, if you get to the Daggerfall page, and go to downloads, you will see all downloads for it, including the game itself. (comes with a DOS emulator already in it or something, I installed it. TIP: really work on controls if you want to make it easier to play lol... so difficult) they even have the first one.
