I have resolved this issue,
It was happening because for incoming trade-offers it was not using correct file path while for creating listings it was.

Umm hello I am here because your bot declined my trade I was trading my Blizzard Breather with 2 rec and 1 scrap it was same price that bot wanted for Antlers but he declined
