Hey guys! I decided to tryout Hawken and before I started downloading I decided to checked if there was servers in Asia and I stumbled into this group. I'm from Malaysia btw. Anything I should know about before I start playing?

Cloud server for gaming is really a bad choice.... I think I'll stick with Skyrim for a while and see if thing get better...

@Viva la Oppai, you might want to try restarting your modem/router. Otherwise try checking with LuthorDavid. He's from Vietnam too and he gets pretty decent ping in Asia South.

@Viva la Oppai, did you try the Asia North server? You're closer to that, so should get a ping below 200 ms there. Also the fluctuating ping might just be temporary, I get around 80-100 ms ping in Asia South, but sometimes its 200 ms. Use http://www.cloudping.info to check your ping when not in game (Hawken uses those servers)

any vietnamese player here ? for some reason I have ridiculously high ping. Around 200~300 in any server, even asia south :(

We're likely to have some guys missing out because of the server being full now. So i think we should jump in to the chat room in this page, so that those who're left out can find each other and start their own match. This will be especially helpful if they haven't added each other as friends in-game, meaning that they wouldn't know who else was being left out if not for the chat room here, which is pretty easily accessible via that steam overlay :)
