why cant i /slap when i type this in chat it say i don't have accesses to the command

@Yumekai No rain is not admin. I put some zones into winter hill to keep players from jumping across entire map.

Is rain an admin because he uses this jump that launches himself across the map(Most used on winter hill) and flies to the end...if he's an admin still it's unfair to regular players if not well... then he's cheating anyways other than that have a nice day everyone

I just had a player add me on Steam to point out an exploit and asking me to fix it, which I told him I had. He insisted they were not so I asked joined him on your server, to find you were running V1.
