what about vvardenfell and solthiem? tecnicly they seperated from morrowind after the red moutnain event (totaly not caused by me)

Morrowind isnt an Imperiel Province. It is owned by the Argonion State and war with them would no be wise for reasons only Kalimari and I know of.
