With the reason being you not playing in said server at all for about half a year at least?

Yes that's what I agree on but. If you look at Disc FF they have the same amount of hales like we do. Our server just need more promotions.

think i know why m7s server is dead atm.
1) the location of the server is pretty far for most adverage players
2) the boss packs have alot of bosses in them so it takes a million years for it to load

Its hard to get ppl on the server no one wanna play and download so much stuff(most) ppl dont know the worth of a good server. Then they just keep joining cancer servers and keep crying about that no one cares about the servers. Thats how it is.
