oh no, its not like that, if i was really blocked, the comment writing box wouldnt even exist for me, its just that when i try to post there, it says "Sorry, some kind of error has occurred: You've been posting too frequently, and can't make another post right now." only on his profile, and i dont see why i'd be blocked since i attempted to comment first before adding

If Steam is not letting you post on his profile, chances are you got blocked.
