unfortenly there is no maplestory 2 KR players who only speaks english, havn't the korean nexon not allowed any non-korean player to not play the game?

You can't KR nexon games forbids using vpn, if you do you wouldn't be able to enter the game

Are you seriously asking that question? Korea is a different country, so it operates in a different way. Some people want their games public, others not. And did you know? All male Korean citizens have military service for about 2 years when they come of legal age. Why do Americans have the freedom to not be required to do that??? It isn't fair...
