I mean play a game like crusader kings 2 Novgorod will have an army of like 12,000 men when mobilized but who am I to tell you how to run your nation.

Don’t you think you are being a bit excessive with the troop count, I mean I would say for a city state in Russia you could have 200,000 troops max but whatever floats your boat.
