Hey folks, with saxxy season running up on us, I'm remembering how annoying it is rounding up permissions to make sure your entries are within the rules of the competition. so I had a thought, what if the entire community came together to ask a rights holder to grant blanket permission to said community for the purposes of the contest, that would really make life easier for alot of people, right? well to that end, i've gone ahead and made a Petition[www.change.org] to try and get Blizzard, one of the biggest companies in gaming, to grant rights use their models and universes in the saxxy competition. As far as the rules go, all entries are valid as long as they have the permission of the rights holder. so lets go out and actually try and get permission. you can help out alot by taking a second to sign this Petition[www.change.org] , and if you feel really strongly, you can pass it around too, spread the word to the world.
