I've done every heist but the Alesso heist more than 30 times so far (Alesso 17 times), so completing everything should be rather easy, regardless of player skill. I'm more inclined to do loud missions, but I'd help where it's needed if you're having difficulties in stealth. My time zone is GMT+1 and I'm usually available from 19:00 to 00:00.
