All you need to do is make the skin for the 2012 charger something other than black (so NYPD, dodge pursuit, whatever) because there are some amazing evocity skins out there.

LW Ford Falcon, comes some police skin, also, The 1996 Chevy Impala SS has, a highway patrol skin or it was a sheriff skin(I forget) but it was an awesome skin and I think it should be in Photon
