God bless the PIT.

God i miss the PIT i really miss this server and community that i played with when i first started playing tf2 as some edgy little kid on my grandma's computer. Its crazy how much time has passed and i'm grateful for the many hours i spent playing on the PIT, i still hold onto the hope that it may one day return but i know that happening is quite slim. I wish anyone who reads this a nice day and may you all live peaceful lives. <3

I'm a college boy now. I know it's been a while since the pit was last online, and even longer from when it was popular. But I still have many fond memories of the pit community and I cherish the friendships that started here. Play Idle Trade, forever in my heart.

Jesus the server was up for a long time. I didn't look at this group for a long ass time. Just saw the posts about the server shutting down and got sad FeelsBadMan.

If anybody wants to make a new server they should. I really miss it.

Byrd there are like various reasons for when people are on/not on the server. Exambles are:
A) Server is running on a older version of the game.
B) People tend to play other games.
C) Social activities.
D) Ect, ect and ect.

Why is no one on like ever?

id would like sv_pure 1 to be disabled as i love modding the boring old tf2 models into cool new things and this is really the only server i play on unless doing a promotional thing on valve servers such as the contracts

sv_pure has always been set to 1

Is sv_pure 1 still enabled? I'd like that fixed so I can actually play on the server :P My pyro model crashes the game if sv_Pure 1 is enabled OR all the players become invisible

the pit isnt on my faves list and I cant find it, is the deathmatch server no more? how do I find the pit again? someone please help, me and my friends get on the pit often and are super bored now because we dont see it.

as i get more and more disconnected from the pit it starts to become a memory of trolling happiness saddness an through all it i realized that dodgeball was broken.

Thanks for all the positive comments. It would not still be active if nobody ever came around! So really, it's all the players/fans/ ... heck it's the community that keeps it going!

Clocked in about 2000 hours on the server. Seen it go through many changes and phases, and many, many, admins. It still holds up as my all time favorite server, and the reason i still play tf2.

My very first ever server and it's still been my all time favorite :D

Well it is the best "Custom" server that lives till this day IMO, Hell i've been on other custom server's that havent even lasted 3 moth's. (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻

First "real" server I ever went to, and will never stop loving it.

Ive been on The P.I.T since the beginning and it is STILL the server I get on every day. This server gets 1000 Thumbs Ups from me
