I would love to take part in the Revival event but meh. Is Day Z still just a cluster-♥♥♥♥ of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥? I went and raided the air field and spent 4 hours crawling around to get out with one of the best rifles and then proceeded to lose it instantly because I was loading in and get spawn-killed. Also, do the spawns still work the same, aka do you still spawn like hours away from civilization and have to go kill yourself to try to get to cherno?

Is the "Revival Event" not happening?

The Revival Event is on Tuesday next week. We will be getting on at 9am Pacific time.

i have finally been killed. and by killed i mean dropped from the sky.

so i just spawned in some trees by the barracks in the NW airfield and 2 people stop right in front of me. 2 seconds later i got the ♥♥♥♥ off that server.

So, after finding an M4 CCO SD, RazorsEdge and I went to stary to find stuff, then headed north to devils castle. On the way, we find not one, but 2 crashed helis, RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER, packed with a Bizon, M14, L85, Fn Fals, and an ammo box for 5.56. Best, DayZ, day, ever!

What are you talking about I still don't have any of it back. I died once on a group adventure I was in, found a clan base got it all back, died last night to the hack noob, and still don't have 5% of what I lost. :(

And thats why you hide tents in random places and write down the coordinates. Glad you were able to get your stuff back Razor.

Whoever was playing with us yesterday. You mentioned you were recording our adventures with the helecopter. Did you post that anywhere? gotz a link?

to fix the graphical glitches for a little while hit [shift] and [-] on the num pad then type flush and hit enter, the game will refresh if you do it right

lame, just checked out the Day Z page. looks like the next patch that's supposed to fix this is coming out tomorrow

everything is still totally boned

Is anyone still experiencing the texture glitches or have they fixed this?

I would just like to randomly say how awesome it is playing in such a thriving community of fellow survivors. I look forward to seeing you all on the roads of Chernarus and I would just like to note in advance, good game.
