About advantages i thought on backstab when you kill you disguise as the enemy like eternal reward and now you have the ability to copy the atks of your enemy. About to copy of your enemy atks ofc we need another buton to click to do the attack, for example if you kill a pyro you can flametrower or you change weapon like spy can do and use that weapon for example the flare gun, using this ability you can't do dmg with this atks on the enemy is just to pretend you are one of them even more, i think this will give an upgrade for disguise for spy because this days disguises don't trick anyone.
About disadvantages to be balance, well while you have this knife your cloak duration of every watch will spend more 30% cloak bar and regen 10% less cloak.
I think this is balance


Hologram Watch:

Advantages:
- Create 3 hologram spys equal to you disguise or not disguise after the enemy damage you
- hologram have same health as the original spy
- hologram block and attack making no dmg to the enemy and protect spy from the attacks
- +100% regen hologram bar


Disadvantage:
- no cloak
- can't get ammo to regen cloak bar (hologram bar)
- holograms spys will vanish after hologram bar fulls or if enemy kill them


About this clock is based on DR but this time my friends you can't enter in stealth, no more cloak, but you have help of your holograms to trick and confuse the enemy to give advantage to you and your team to be victorious.
il start explain, works like DR you have cloak bar i call this now hologram bar, so you have the bar full you activate like DR if someone dmg you, your spy will triplicate it means it will apear 3 holograms like you so each hologram will atk the enemy if there is more than 1 enemy the hologram can atk the other, well the hologram spy don't make dmg just make the atks for the enemy run or dodge! because it will think he gonna die. Also the hologram can protect you by staying on enemy's front and prevent his dmg against the real spy.
Ofc you will have 100% regen hologram bar, but you can't get ammo box to regen the hologram bar now works like cloak and dagger style but if you use Big Earner or Le' Stranger that weapons can regen hologram bar.
After your holo bar is full if there is hologram spys alive they will vanish or they can vanish fast if the enemy kill them.

Im not good with draw but i think maybe was cool a watch kinda look like this one, but in middle could have a miniature spy and below the hologram bar but the watch need to be like a pocket watch.

I don't mind if someone draw or if someone grab my idea for the prize, i just want Valve create new weapons or clocks for spy the class need more improvements and ideas.
