Open Beta for 2.0

It's been awhile since I updated. Mostly due to the tool needing a rewrite after I took a long look at the code and having some IRL issues the past year.

Moving forward I will be posting beta builds over in the Testers Group before pushing a live version.

If you are interested in helping to catch bugs and further improve the tool feel free to join it, it's also where you can join to find out news of new features (such as the newly added multiple install support) before I post it here or on other sites

But please keep in mind that it is beta so things may be broken and or change.

Main Changes:

VPK creator added, just drag and drop your folder to turn it into a vpk
Added Tutorial Tab
Reworked the customConfig setup menu
