Yes, the server is still alive and well, it runs on the weekends. (Friday to Sunday [May vary a day later if you live in the EU or where you are a day ahead of North America.])

Be the Deflector is a Sourcemod plugin. The only thing you need is the source, and a little knowledge on Sourcepawn.
