I am tiered of government and military officials coming and going, and these constant "Revolutions" from them and the fool Idi. I am now enacting a law of great importence to the well being and good of the Russian people, and state. All Idi Aminists will be shot on sight or captured and sent to Siberia where they will be held until their death. All Other revolutionaries and traitors well be dealt with in the same manor.
