I believe discussions are good.. Instant-messaging through scheduled group chats and also maybe debates on the sub-forums. The Instant-Messaging is great because you get to debate with someone under pressure which can be different to a debate on Facebook.

What would be a thing the group should organize? Discussions? Games? ?

The admins are good people yes.. but not a single one of them is actually trying to do anything about the steam group -.-
