when will this game be released for fans to play

i don't actully know the controls

so i was thinking of a cowboy unit i think it would be a great idea it would be fast and auccrate with a revolver and he would be on a horse it is great because thare is no fast longrange unit
and i guss that is the pont of longrange but i feel like it would be usefull in a lot of battles so thares my idea

i heard of the alpha and i dont know how to get it could you Help?
