Should the server go back up?

I recently bought a VPS and I was thinking about putting the /v/ Gmod RP server on it. This means a reliable server, 24/7 with a decent ping. My only with that is that barely anyone played on the last one, and I need to be sure that the community backs it.
If you are interested in this idea, please join the group chat so I know I have the communitys interest.

New to GMod RP? Read me!

The first thing you need to do to play on our /v/irgin GMod server is to install Garry's Mod, followed by a full installation of Wiremod. Wiremod is an addon that allows players to construct all sorts of complicated, programmable gadgets. Unfortunately, players that opt not to install this will see all gadgets made by other players (And they're done quite frequently) as a large, red ERROR sign, therefore the addon is a necessity.

Full installation instructions can be found at the following link, do not opt to use the "Lazy?" installer - it seems to work sporadically, if at all.

http://www.wiremod.com/forum/installation-malfunctions-support/4-wiremod-svn-guide.html

The next thing to note is that while the Garry's Mod server is online, (And ideally, even if not...) it's well worth joining the group chat. To do so, navigate to the group page and click "Enter group chat". This allows for easy communication with other members of the group. Alternatively, you can message someone within the group for an invitation to the chat.

Remember that the IP of our server is generally listed in any events offered by the group, and events are sent out whenever the server is online and populated. You can navigate to a specific IP by pressing the tilde key, then writing in "connect iphere" with the developer console enabled from the options menu on the main menu. You can GENERALLY be assured that the IP of Okard's /v/ Server is 92.9.234.70:27016. Favourite it, connect to it.

Having followed these instructions, you should be inside the server. If you're still seeing flashing ERROR icons, it may be worth talking in the chat about it, it's likely we can narrow down the cause. It's unlikely however, so with that all said you should be ready to go.

A few things to note: Garry's Mod RP is not about deathmatching. If you are interested purely in shooting people for the hell of it, go play Deathmatch or somesuch, there are plenty of games to cater to that appetite.

Inside the server, you can access a giant list of options from the F4 menu. This enables you to select a role, give money, purchase guns and a whole plethora of other options.

To type out of character, which sends a message to the entire server, type /ooc texthere. To PM a specific person, it's /pm namehere texthere. Names can be partial, for instance "/pm Oka Tits." would work, however remember to be cautious when multiple people have similar names. You might intend for that to go to "Okard", but his similar cousin "Okaar" might be on the server.

Aside from that, any questions can always be answered in the chat or ingame, so feel free to ask away.
