!check works fine but all !buy commands bring error There was an error while loading your inventory. :c
Same issue using Viwu's Level Service & Viwu's Level Service #2
Tried deleting and re-adding the bots also tried blocking and unblocking still same issue

We're sorry that you feel it that way, sadly we have different prices on hydra keys compared to the other csgo keys since the value of hydra keys is much lower than the other keys on the market. I would also advice you to use !prices or look at In-Game text the account has next time before trading :)
