Yea, I had so many active people giving raffles but it turns up now when ever a raffle gets posted people are like "Meh, it's probably nothing"

You click on the raffle's name, you should read the information in it, if you want the item, you pay the person running the raffle the amount of ref you need to pay, you can pay the same amount more than once if you want to get a better chance at getting the item. Hope that helped. :ccknight:
