While I haven't experienced this problem, someone mentioned changing Client Network Bandwith to Low solved their constant disconnect problems... you could try that?

Only get to run around for about 10 seconds before I lose connection to host... tried 10 times now, any ideas on what might be wrong?

There are no updates available... Although, if there are any updates, it will update automatically every 2 hours.
