Dayz beta is currently active to test it type ireallywanttotest into the beta bar if the multiplayer servers are not up right click dayz in the steam library and select dayz offline enjoy.

You have to give the game a shot if you want to have an idea how the game is look on youtube for FrankyOnPc in 1080p hes videos on dayz standalone are epic.
