Overall, the developers should prevent hackers to use any "god mode", and also the aim bot should be blocked. I bet some other people said something similar, but when the hackers use their "god mode", they become too over powered no other player can play equally.

Also, in a team based game, the teams should be separated equally. There were many examples where there were team with low level (3 players that are level 20-30, all other 8-9 players level 15 or lower), and the opponent team with high level players (most players over level 30).
