Operating Sessions

When Operating sessions start on any of the train servers or 3 trains or more are running at once, members of the dispatch team will set of the dispatch center and signal system (will be in the same dupe[all members will have a dupe of it]) when the session is over or train count is under 2, members of the group will clean up the Dispatch center. P.S. Dispatch members trains do not count in the 3 train scenario unless all members are on the server.
