Here is a little guide I made : Here you can see if there are people on the server https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/45.32.235.84:27125/ You can join trough IP in console or force a lobby to go to the server, while in a lobby open the console and enter this mm_dedicated_force_servers "45.32.235.84:27125" Then it force s the lobby to go to the server, unless there are people in it, then it won't work.
