The problem is that a lot of these announcements are about sales which would be pointless to post at the end of the week. We're already fusing multiple announcements into one and I'm afraid that's the best we can do.

Is it possible to not have this many announcements? You could do a weekly round up for new releases, for example, instead of daily announcements.

Actually there are multiple threads in the GOG forums concerning Steam or dedicated to giving away Steam games, there's even a group for that. :)
