I'd prefer having all the native factions because the Mayans and Apacheans actually do encounter others pretty early on, especially if a human player controls them I'm sure.

Just giving a suggestion I'm also down for a hotseat in americas with all factions (except spain)

Let's actually make a discussion etc. to start this.
Also, do you guys want human players on Mayans and Apachean? They're so far away that a hotseat with players only on Aztecs, Tlaxcala, Tarascan and Chichimec might not be a bad idea

Also, and I've discussed this with kitbuqa, I'm willing to be moderator and help kit with what he needs, but I don't want to be admin

I think you and lostinnepal should be admins/mods cause you're both responsible and experienced with this kinda stuff and I've only hosted/admined one of my own. I wanna be the chichimec tribes.

Changing up the setup will be good. i agree with kman since Spain is op, it needs certain restrictions, plus to prevent the Apache from getting horses

If we do Americas, we should either have some certain rules set for the Spanish player (since it's impossible for native factions to take the island of Cuba) OR actually just let Spain be AI. Not only would this spice things up since the AI Spanish ALWAYS get constant reinforcement stacks to wreack havoc on the natives at their random will, it would also equal the playing field for us players, leaving us only with native factions to play as.

Americas is fun. Although I'll get obliterated, I think I've only done one campaign there is sp, and as the mayans, which are super easy
