If anyone has different opinions on time period, tell me! Most likely we will be having a vote, and the time periods could be the Vietnam War, the collapse of the USSR, 2001 and 9/11, or plain old 2011. Be mindful that if we did anything before 2000 I'll have to update points and stuff, which will delay the rp start.
