wow, i used to play in this server when i was around 13,i'm 20 now, we all moved on, but it's always fun to remember the good times we shared in JC2MP ;)

JC2MP is buggy in nature, so pinpointing your problem isn't quite so easy. I've heard from some people that disabing the Steam overlay helps sometimes. Try looking on the JC2MP forums for some more help.

Hey guys every time i try to play JC2-MP it is loading (sometimes im in menu for a while) then it crushes and say JC2-MP has stopped working. I tried to reinstall Just Cause and steam but it did nothing. I tried to update drivers, directX etc and it didn't help. Please help me. :(

Maybe one day when this town in the sticks I've moved to gets better interwebs, I'll come back. Miss the server, was the tops in my book! Crashing on the insane stunt track was wicked fun too. Our DSL sucks and my wireless connect to it sucks worse, so no MP gaming for me :x

Hey, I kinda broke my mouse's scrollclick thing so i cant shoot missiles when locked on to somebody and i'm wondering if there is something that could be done to fix this :S

That doesn't sound like something we can fix, even the bug is real. If it comes in the base game, there's nothing we can do about it, unfortunately. The only factors we can change are the in-house scripts we write and their effects.

Also, command binding doesn't exist in JC2MP.

The bug is no matter where you are
Using the machine gun, after switching to it, the first half of the clip or so seems to have an almost limitless fire rate if you spam click; much faster than the auto firing. After that it slows to normal. once you switch again you can do this again. this can be abused very easily. when i first noticed it i was trying to make a console command to spam the first half, then reswitch to it to continue. at the time i thought that it was a feature of the game, not a glitch. so i was NOT intentionally abusing a glitch (althought i couldnt figure out how to bind using server console, you should fix that btw: bind "<key>" "<action>") so please don't ban me.
no friends needed to achieve this glitch

Uninstall your JC2, Reinstall it then restart your computer.

hey guys i am having a problem with jc2-mp every time i run it i get an error called fatal exeption

Yes, Roflman42. Jason, JRD, Ply, and I are all mods. Friend me and I'll have a look at it. Remember though, we like to have proof of your claims, otherwise it's near-impossible to vaildate anything.

Does anybody know how I can contact a mod or someone to report somebody from the server?

Righto. Does your computer have the system requirements?

Hmmm... Maybe you don't have the system requirements? Try googling it. Are you sure you have Just Cause 2 installed on your computer and not home-sharing? If you home share it, JC2MP will not work. You need to buy the game yourself. Hope this helped!

haey guys every time i try to open the justcause 2 multiplayer mod it gives me a message saying unable to create effect a hole bunch of numbers and the it says (E_FAIL)
