Afaik, it's not. At least, not on steam. You can, however, use Bootcamp.

dont sure about RVS at all, but yesterday i was playing at pvp server with another 5 guys. At least there are many dedicated servers running without players. So we can form up and assault one of them to play some coop. (p.s. sorry for my engrish)
