Steps to get to the RI server:
1) Click Browse for Server (2nd button from top in main page)
2) Under Location, select Asia
3) Click the little lock button in the top left corner
4) Double-click RI TF2 Server
5) Password is RTIF2

That's the idiot-proof method.
