Oh the memories of skynet... First place i got mod on and the first server i really enjoyed on gmod and spent hours upon hours. Sadly staff crumbled after somethings with dark rp releasing that im not gonna say and some arguments started but it was great fun while it lasted! There will always be a cloud shaped hole in my heart

a lot of things that led to it disappearing again honestly i could name them all because i was there when it disappeared again but i just generally don't feel like it. The community may come back it may not only time will tell.

What happened to skynet SCP RP? It was my favorite server, I will literally do anything to have it back - CT-7567

I had my fun with Skynet, with both the community, and moderating. Even though I had only a month in before Skynet went down, I realy did enjoy it, and hope that maybe, it will come back.

it wasn't the map that caused players to stop i think it was the new staff system and some updates because a good portion of the long time running staff me being one just generally didn't like it and wasn't the best and also just general hype and fun on the server for people probably died is what caused the community to die in the end. I thoughly enjoyed my time as staff being a super admin towards the end before the new staff system but it just didn't last in the end. (this is what i feel caused our downfall in a small way sadly we can only conjecture what caused it)

Lack of players, sadly. After the new update people decided not to play anymore, Before update we had aout 30-50 players on at a time. After update struggling to bet 15. I don't really know hwy people stopped playing the server. I know with the update they messed up the staff commands and ranks making 80% of the staff resign. Nevertheless... R.I.P. Skynet

This community was fun while it lasted but nothing lasts forever and all of us I believe will cherish the time we spent on it I know I will with my almost 8 months on the servers

Rip Skynet servers and her people. May those who spent their lives playing and staff dealing with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ from players have a happy end.
