I understand that,representative is a lower rank of senator.There might be an ambassador as well in the same booth for in the book Darth Plagueis,Palpatine is ambassador before he becomes senator and finally chancellor.

To be realistic to the movies and to edn this ridiculous arguement,every system in the Republic had representatives,there was not just one senator in the booth for each system.Notice how there are mulitple people in the boothes in the Galactic Senate,obviously there was a Senator and others like representatives.

I'm merely curious to know what a Representative is in the Galactic Senate? As in I know what it is in lore, but not what it is in this particular group.
