I see what you're saying but some of the commands are to take physical aspects out of the game (ie foliage) which in my mind isn't considered tweaking.

I reviewed the last post, concerning the console commands and it brought me back to the CS 1.6 days. The same issues were brought up about how console commands can be thought as cheating. For one, its part of the game. The part where being allowed to go into the cfg and make changes. We all can do it. The game was created, with being able to change the settings, in mind. For those that consider these changes hacks in BO, it's usually because of the typical reasons. Lack of knowledge on the matter or just down right hate because they cant control the matter. Usually heard by noob server admins. So please use common sense and realize making changes to the game, by way of console command tweaks, is not considered a hack. If you consider them hacks, you probably either hate "bunny hoppers" (which you cant do in COD), have a controling tactical server, and/ or Black Ops is your first fps.
Just remember kids, because you refuse to do it, doesnt make it wrong for others to do. OBAMA FTL!!

vv A few of these commands will 100% get you banned from competition. I would highly advise not changing them if you want to compete. Just a heads up!

Black Ops config_mp fps tweaks
This is an official list of cvars that pertain to graphical performance. *NOTE* A decent handful of these cvars are still locked, hopefully they will unlock them. ie: r_specular r_distortion etc..

You can enter these manually via console or by editing them in your config_mp.cfg with notepad located usually in:
Steam\SteamApps\common\call of duty black ops\Players
Would be a good idea to set the file to read only afterwards.
