Kuumenna öljy kattilassa. Lisää kasvikset ja tomaattipyree, kuullota heti
Lisää kattilaan vesi, etikka, yrtit sekä laakerilehti, suola ja pippuri. Anna kiehua hiljalleen kannen alla 40–45 minuuttia. Tarkista maku ja lisää tarvittaessa sokeria.
Keitä vielä 15–20 minuuttia. Jos keitto on liian kuivaa, lisää tarvittaessa vettä ja etikkaa. Tarkista maku ja tarjoile persiljasilpun ja smetanan kera.

Se on vihdoin täällä ja grindit saavat alkaa kauan odotettu dm soittolista maukkailla swengeillä. Jolla osuu meikäläisen puolesta 90% päähän ja loput riippuu susta.
