Uses the hands or hand-tools reasonably well, but has not not yet achieved fully mastery and control, and still struggles with detail and new processes. DirectXnXX responds well when put under pressure – but prefers not to be pressurized all the time. Usually defensive when efforts are criticised – but they nevertheless tries to learn from mistakes. Able to concentrate and stay focused for period of several hours when a task is interesting, but attention may waver if a job is relatively mundane.
