I went into Samson expecting something pretty mid based on the name and lack of hype and seeing the reviews here....but I'm actually having a great time with it.

The game feels like a throwback in the best way. It's not trying to be some massive AAA open world with 100 systems layered on top of each other. It's simple, focused and just lets you play. The whole "pay off your debt day by day" structure is addicting and gives everything you do a purpose.

The city looks really good too. It's gritty, believeable, and has that old school vibe, but with modern graphics.

It's not perfect. Driving and combat can feel a bit janky at times, and the AI is definitely questionable in some situations. You'll notice it pretty quickly. But for me, it hasn’t really taken away from the experience, more just one of those things where you go “alright lol” and keep playing.

The way I’d describe it is:
this feels like an older style game design with newer visuals, and I kinda love that.

If you’re expecting GTA-level polish, this isn’t that.
If you’re cool with a slightly rough, lower-budget game that has a solid core loop and good atmosphere, it’s absolutely worth it.

Especially for the price.

Game feels surprisingly polished for a brand new launch. Gunplay is super tight and the maps feel really alive. Bungie’s audio design is honestly crazy good too, you can hear so much going on during fights.

Runner abilities are fun without being overwhelming and matches get really tense when you're trying to extract.

Only thing I'm not a huge fan of is the UI. It’s kinda confusing at first and took me a bit to figure out where stuff is. Once you get used to it though it's fine.

Overall really solid launch and I'm having a blast with it.

Currently crying laughing at the reviews from people who played two matches, got outgunned, and wrote essays about how ‘this isn’t Battlefield.’

Bro… it’s a free mode, built on Battlefield gunplay, destruction, and chaos, what exactly did you expect? A farm simulator?

The movement feels crisp, the gunfights are tense, and the pacing sits perfectly between Battlefield and BR. Yeah, there’s no solo mode (yet), but you can queue with randoms who actually shoot back, which is already more teamwork than half of you ever had in Conquest.

If you deleted it after two matches, congrats, you just made my lobbies easier. Game’s fire.

I’ve been waiting a long time for a new Skate and honestly the actual skating feels good. Controls are fun, tricks link together nicely, and just rolling around with friends has been the highlight for me so far. It really does capture that feeling of just hanging out and messing around on a board.

The biggest issue I’ve had is with the story stuff. I can’t really progress through missions right now, which takes away from that sense of having goals to chase. Hopefully that gets fixed soon, because the base skating is solid and it would be great to have working missions on top of that.

If you just want to skate, make clips, or play around online with friends, there’s fun to be had here already. If you’re more interested in structure and story, it might be worth waiting a bit until they patch it up.

Only a few hours in, but it’s already clear this isn’t worth $60. The world feels empty, driving sucks, animations suck, and the missions aren’t doing much to keep me engaged. Visually, it looks nice, but that’s about it.

It has potential, sure, but right now it plays like a budget game trying to pass as a premium one. Maybe worth checking out on a deep sale, but not at full price.

Super fun game. Drifting feels great, and the Japanese setting just hits. It’s easy to jump in, cruise around, and throw down clean slides. The fact that it has real licensed cars makes it even better, just adds to the vibe. Definitely worth it if you're into the scene.

Balatro brings a fresh and unique twist to the deckbuilder genre—easy to pick up, hard to put down. Highly recommend!

Biggest scam of the gaming industry this century. Refund ASAP, the game's already shutting down.
