Its kinda a strange reason, It was an inside joke between a few friends i hate that listened to the same type of music. At the end of an animal collective song someone says "MEOW KITTIEZ" in a tranvestite kind of voice and i could never help but crack up when hearing it.

Any particular reason for "MeowKittiez" then, if I might ask? It's just a very... whimsical name for someone like you, I find.
